I guess I forgot the summary, which would be just "There's a black bar centered in the panel, when a panel is transparent, and it shouldn't be there".
provide a bigger screenshot to understand what you are demonstrating, I dont have any such thing in my system

I tried it in X11 and it doesn't happen. Only on Wayland.
This a KWin / NVidia / Wayland bug but I can not find its id in order to flag it properly as a Duplicate.
I should have specified, bud I'm not on NVidia. I have an AMD RX 6700 XT.
