Example

SUMMARY
By clicking on Close group button, top padding disappears and some overlaps occurs with 'Show More' message.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Do some actions that produces notifications (copies for example, downloads...)
2. Click on the first Close group button.
3. Click on Close group button while there's another notifications on top and bottom of it.

OBSERVED RESULT
Top padding disappears, making the notification to close to notification header.
The Show More message overlaps.

EXPECTED RESULT
Top padding remains with default value.
There's no overlaps.

That bug (427894) is related to 'Show N More', but... what about the disappearing of top padding when clicking on Close group button?
