SUMMARY
The "Send to device" dialog of KDE Connect is not keyboard accessible. There are two main issues with this dialog. The first one is that you cannot focus the devices list with the Tab key to select your device. The second one is that you cannot dismiss the dialog with the Escape key or with the Alt+F4 shortcut.
