SUMMARY
If I open the system settings in non-maximized mode, I am not able to resize it by dragging from the corners. Pretty much every other app is resizable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch system settings.
2. Un-maximize if it was maximized.
3. Move the mouse over some corner and try to shrink the window.

OBSERVED RESULT
Not possible to resize the window.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should let me resize the window.
