Visual artifact on window shadow

SUMMARY
Hi, I'm using KDE Neon User Edition with X11 on my AMD laptop.
I'm having green pixel artifacts on dark stuff since upgrading from 5.23.0 to 5.23.1.
They usually flicker and don't appear on screenshots.
I had to downgrade back to 5.23.0 and now they're gone, I couldn't check if Wayland sessions are effected too.
Changing themes, disabling compositor or changing backend and other options didn't help, all kinds of visual stuff seems to be affected including window shades, virt-manager client screens, mpv videos etc.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Plasma 5.23.0.
2. Open some greyish stuff, it can be images, IDE's Chromium address bar.
3. You should see green, flickering single-pixel artifacts.

OBSERVED RESULT
Green, single pixel artifacts on greyish visual areas.

EXPECTED RESULT
No artifacts.

How strange.. I don't see any commits between 5.23.0 and 5.23.1 that could affect x11 rendering.

This one is also interesting. You disabled compositing, and the green dots were still there?

Yes, exactly.
However, I've upgraded (from downgraded 5.23.0 to 5.23.1) once again, to check if Wayland sessions are effected but now both Wayland and X11 sessions looks good.
I'll keep an eye few more days.

Looks like it's fixed after downgrading back to 5.23.0 and upgrading to 5.23.1 again, don't have a clue why but it works.
