“kmymoney.app” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.

This is because our installation packages are not currently being notarized with Apple – which is a somewhat complicated process.

You can still open KMyMoney, you just need to go to System Preferences -> Security & Privacy and open the app from there. 

Once that's done, it will continue open normally, until you update the app.
