icon being misplaced

SUMMARY
Rearranging favourites in KickOff causes the dragged icon to be misplaced
Looks like the icon will always ends up on the row it was originally on, but always on the first column  

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rearrange favourite icons in KickOff
2.

Can confirm, happens in 5.23.1 for me. Also using arch linux

This issue occurs in Arch Linux as well as EndeavourOS.
