This is not what i'm expecting to see BadOne

SUMMARY
One image on top of another and fade the foreground one leaving an after burn for foreground before it disappears.

Was not the case with previous version 21.8.1

Hello,
Thank you for the bug report.
Just moved your bug from "translation" to "effects and transition" because I believe this is a transition bug and not a translation error.

Resolved by deleting fade out and adding back in. Seem like existing projects will need Fade Out reload. 
This is not a fix just a work around.
