SUMMARY
After updating Plasma from 5.22.5 to 5.23.0, some effects (?) cause full screen flickering 


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
! Seizure warning for videos
- Open a dialog window (e.g. Appearance - Window Decorations - Edit Breeze Theme) (https://matrix-client.matrix.org/_matrix/media/r0/download/matrix.org/aIZZyZMiBaZhyGlopwZmQGMN)
- Resize a window (https://matrix-client.matrix.org/_matrix/media/r0/download/matrix.org/aegsIwevqAKzApIJmdAXAJyM recorded with shadows enabled, still seem to happen with them disabled)
- Opening a new window

OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering

EXPECTED RESULT
No flickering

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Disabling compositor works around the issue

Opening the start menu stops the flickering

And of course, just after submitting this, tried downgrading to 5.22.5 (which didn't work out), returned back to 5.23.0, and it works fine ,_,
