Guys, i updated everything to the 25th anniv. edition and when switching from breeze to breeze twilight - panel color does not change, kinda annoying, but then i switch to breeze dark, afterwards switch to twilight, theme then acts as it's supposed to.
What Plasma theme were you using at the moment when the panel failed to change colors? - Breeze - Breeze Light - Breeze Dark - Something else?
