SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect Samsung S10 with usb cable
2. allow access on phone
3. "view photos with file manager"
4. read error message "Unknown error code 150

alternative attempt:
1. connect Samsung S10 with usb cable
2. allow access on phone
3. "browse files with file manager"
4. "Could not read. Reason: Could not claim the USB device"

OBSERVED RESULT
connecting to the phone and accessing its files does not work right away. Disconnecting and reconnecting the usb cable several times usually works.

EXPECTED RESULT
plug in usb cable, allow phone data access and access phone storage like other directories

Should have been fixed recently by refreshing caches more reliably.
