SUMMARY After upgrading to the latest KDE Neon (5.23.0), when using my laptop track pad it's hard to select display items, example: items in the new System Settings. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Move move around the desktop or application. 2. Try selecting elements: menu items, buttons, etc. 3. Pointer goes nuts and skip element, from first to third-ish 4. As I write this bug report, the problem seems to affect even web browser (Google Chrome) OBSERVED RESULT Can't select the desired menu item EXPECTED RESULT Mouse pointer well behaved SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.23 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.87.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION My laptop is a Lenovo T14, with Core i7 10-gen and 16GB of memory.
Tested on X11.
Can you try downgrading libinput?

Is this still an issue in Plasma 6?
