Thank you for the bug report! Does this happen every time you try to open Gwenview? And when it happens, does it show a notification to open the crash handler? As it is, this is not much information to use to find the problem. The crash handler (drkonqi) will help generate a backtrace with the information about the crash needed to figure out the issue.
