Created attachment 142301 [details] Screenshot with the default settings window size SUMMARY By default, the content of the connections settings will not fit in the window area, but instead be cut of to the right. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open System Settings 2. Resize the window to the smallest size (as it is by default) 3. Navigate to the Connections KCM OBSERVED RESULT The content is too wide and gets cut off to the right EXPECTED RESULT The content scales to fit entirely within the window SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS OS: KDE neon Testing Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.88.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Compared to other KCMs, the padding seems wider. The network list also doesn't scale. I would guess that addressing those two could help solve the issue.

Can confirm on a 1366x768 14in screen at 1x scale. Also found multiple duplicates reported throughout the years.
There's two issues here: - The interface doesn't scale and instead becomes scrollable. This is not great, but at least you can scroll - Some parts of the window are (with some window sizes) not reachable with scrolling, but extend outside the scrollable area. They're only visible if you make the window large enough, otherwise you can't get to them at all.
It is not scrollable on my screen.
