SUMMARY
I'm using plasma 5.22.90 on arch linux via the kde-unstable repo and in a wayland session the window previews in the taskbar are showing the windows correctly but with inverted colors.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any software that generates a window
2. Move the mouse to the app button in the task manager
3. The preview should show inverted colors


SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

I just checked with a friend, it seems to only impact apps that use CEF/Electron, Firefox and KDE apps render correct previews.

i can confirm it's still broken, i tested first on arch and now opensuse tumbleweed.

Hmm, how strange. It looks like a byte order issue or something..

i can also confirm that is affecting seam play proton games.

fixed on plasma 5.23.2
