What I get typed

SUMMARY
Unicode input and XCompose characters doesn't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Ctrl+Shift+U or XComposeKey(for me it's Right-Alt)
2. Type 0021(for the combination) or 'o' 'c'(for XCompose by default)

OBSERVED RESULT
Just get typed '0021' or oc instead of '!' or ©.

EXPECTED RESULT
Get typed '!'(unicode) or ©(XCompose) sumbols.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Manjaro Linux x86_64
Kernel: 5.13.19-2-MANJARO
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0
Qt Version: 5.15.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've tried to change XComposeKey to different variations, change input methods into ibus(with download qt library for its) and did the next guide: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/part-2-how-to-operate-xcompose-with-qt-applications/28730

But this(Unicode and XCompose symbols) still works everywhere and not in Kate.
