SUMMARY
On the latest version 21.08.1 on Windows 10, the scene split function finishes instantly and does nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start kdenlive
2. Drag a video into the timeline
3. Switch to detected clip profile through the popup prompt
4. Right click on the video in the project bin and select "automatic scene split"
5. Start the scene split
6. The clip job concludes instantly and the video is not split

OBSERVED RESULT
The clip job finishes instantly and does nothing. If "Cut scenes" is enabled, then one scene is created at 00:00:00:00.

EXPECTED RESULT
The clip job splits the video into multiple scenes.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: Windows 10 64-bit

This bug was not present in kdenlive 20.12.3, scene split functions work as expected. I manually uninstalled version 20.12.3 then installed version 21.08.1.
