a red button turned gray from enabling inactive colors

SUMMARY
Setting ColorEffects:Inactive to true for some reason affects the color of the close button.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take any color scheme file (I used Breeze Dark)
2. Under ColorEffects:Inactive, set Enable true
3. Set ColorAmount to a visible amount (1)
4. Reapply the color scheme
5. Hover over the close button

OBSERVED RESULT
Reddish button becomes gray

EXPECTED RESULT
Reddish button should not be affected by inactive window colors
