SUMMARY
Can't find a way to set or change the rating of a track. I click on the rating stars in Now Playing view and the Tracks view and nothing happens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a song
2. Change to the Now Playing view and click the rating stars to change the rating

OR

1. Select the Tracks view
2. Hover over a track and try to change the rating. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No visible change to the rating

EXPECTED RESULT
The rating changes to the number of stars from the left that is clicked on.
