Created attachment 142253 [details]
A text file containing the file names as seen in different applications

SUMMARY
A few months ago I downloaded multiple TrueAudio files. After going through the folders I've noticed that Dolphin has problems correctly showing the name of multiple files. Text file with the file names is attached below.

'ls' in the terminal will show (at least partly) the correct symbols. I also tested with the cinnamon file explorer, which shows similar results to 'ls'

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a folder containing such file as described above
2. look at the file name

OBSERVED RESULT
The file names are gibberish symbols, instead of japanese characters

EXPECTED RESULT
Dolphin showing the correct symbols/characters
