SUMMARY

Window Rules settings are missing lables on radio buttons when opened directly from window (window_rules_stand_alone.png).
When opened from inside System Settings, the radio buttons have the appropriate labels (window_rules_system_settings.png).


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. rmc on window  titlebar -> More Actions -> Configure Special Application Settings ...
2. look at "Match whole window class"
3. there are just two undeclared radio buttons

4. open System Settings -> Window Management -> Window Rules -> any existing rule set
5. look at "Match whole window class"
6. the same radio buttons have explanatory labels

weird, cannot reproduce. Looks like your buttons are missing their labels as well.

Does this reproduce when using the Breeze application style instead of Fusion?

From the look of it, I think it is a problem with the i18n context when in standalone mode.

With some luck this was fixed in the newest versions, but without being able to reproduce it's hard to say.
