Description Jeremy W. Murphy 2021-10-05 23:52:59 UTC
SUMMARY

The Urban Areas geodata layer, specified in Atlas and Plain themes, renders some cities above the ground layer, but some cities below it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the Plain theme.
2. Zoom in and look for large cities with obviously missing polygons.

OBSERVED RESULT

Some cities do not have visible polygons for their urban area.
Some large coastal cities have their hidden polygon partially visible if it extends out beyond the land polygon.

EXPECTED RESULT

All cities have visible polygons for their urban area, above the land polygon.

I have tested on Windows and Linux/KDE.
