SUMMARY
Allow explicit selection

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Currently, when clicking with desktop mouse on a subscription or entry, the view would not retain a strong focus, it's then fairly easy to not remember which entry is currently selected and on which we would act to mark read etc.
While there, the currently playing view entry should also be made more visible.

Is already implemented on master and will be released in 21.10.

The upcoming version implements selection of items and contextual actions on selected items, including "remove from queue", "mark as played" etc.
The currently selected item will be highlighted
