SUMMARY
If you try to open a GHNS window that is already open behind another window or minimized, it does not bring it forward into view

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Add Widgets..."
2. Click "Get New Widgets..." and "Download New Plasma Widgets"
3. Click the GHNS window out of view (minimize or cover with another window)
4. Repeat the first two steps

OBSERVED RESULT
The GHNS window doesn't pop back into view

EXPECTED RESULT
The GHNS window reappears on top
