Usually when the application is loading there is a headerless window shown, but plasma wayland is not supressing the header bar in some java applications. So far I have encontered this problem with Eclipse and DBeaver. I had no problems with Itellij Idea.

Oh you must be talking about the splash screens. I also see the Wayland logo, so you must be using the Plasma Wayland session. Do the splash screens look correct in the X11 session?
Yes, both Dbeaver and Eclipse are centered and don't show the title bar
OK, it could be an app-specific issue, or it would be a wayland-specific regression. Or an element of both.
I see this on Wayland when using Jameica (also a Java app). The splash screen at startup is affected, and also autocomplete suggestions for text input field get a window decoration (which looks really weird ;-) ). On X11 this does not happen. Don't know if it's relevant, but I use Jameica as a Flatpak. KDE 5.23.3 Frameworks 5.88 Qt 5.15.2

Please report this to Java. It's explicitly setting server side decorations for these windows, so that's what the window gets
