SUMMARY
Setting up a new smtp resource works correctly, and the password is stored for subsequent usage.  However, if I modify the password using the UI, the old password is still used to try to make a connection.   

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. setup a new smtp account, storing the password
2. check: the account works correctly; 
3. modify the password in the configuration options

OBSERVED RESULT
the old password is still used for communicating with the smtp server. 


EXPECTED RESULT
the new password should be used for communicating with the smtp server.
