SUMMARY
When hovering over top edge and one one window is open, the window icon will take a long time to appear. Also, when the window is maximized it will fill up the whole screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have one window open.
2. Hover to the top left to show all windows. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Window icon takes a long time to appear. When window maximized it will fill up the whole screen. There also is no animation when clicked on.

EXPECTED RESULT
The icon should appear immediately and a maximized screen should not fill up the whole screen.

Fixed in the new Overview effect which is scheduled to replace Present Windows in Plasma 5.24.
