Option to disable the native 4 finger gestures in wayland. This restricts users who want to set up their own gestures using libinput-gestures.

Yeah, we need something like screen edges kcm but for touchpad gestures.

This is really needed. The only reason I am not using Wayland is precisely the inability to either customize the gestures, or at least disable them altogether so I can use libinput-gestures, or touchégg.
