SUMMARY

In Icon View, clicking on tabs makes the title of the KCM swap places until you click the tabs enough.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Open System Settings (must be in "Icon view" mode, not "Sidebar view" mode). 
2. Go to Hardware -> Display and Monitor
3. Click on the various KCM tabs, cycling through each one.


OBSERVED RESULT

Notice how the title for the KCM appears either above the list of tabs on the left, or it appears above the KCM page on the right, and sometimes it switches after re-visiting a tab. See the attached video.


EXPECTED RESULT

The title for the KCM should stay in one place, which seems to be on the right above the KCM page.

Screen size is 1366x768. On my laptop, I've resized System Settings so that it is maximized and it appears that way upon launch.
