SUMMARY
The document tab for a particular image isn't properly renamed if the user switches tabs during the save operation. The tab will only become renamed once switching back to that tab.

Not a regression of Krita 5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create an image.
2. Create another image that would take a small while to be saved, like an A5 600 DPI document.
3. Save the image in step 2 as blah.kra.
4. While it's still saving, switch to the other document.

OBSERVED RESULT
The previous untitled tab hasn't been renamed to blah.kra.

EXPECTED RESULT
The tab should be renamed.

Reproduced in 5.0.0-beta1, resolved in 5.2.6!
