SUMMARY
If an Windows app is run in full screen using wine, global menu disappears when you quit that app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a full-screen app (for example, Touhou Project games) 
2. Quit the app
3. Voila!

OBSERVED RESULT
Global menu disappears

EXPECTED RESULT
Global menu not changed
