STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin on X11
2. make sure Font preview is enabled in Dolphin settings
3. go to /usr/share/fonts/noto/

OBSERVED RESULT
missing font previews highlighted in red in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
preview of all fonts
