SUMMARY
Desktop cube and flip switch effects were removed from Plasma 5.23 beta
but they are still present in Shortcuts KCM.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Shortcuts KCM
2. search for "desktop cube" or "flip switch"
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
shortcut of removed effect is found

EXPECTED RESULT
no search result

Because the actions are not unregistered (probably just inactive)

Could we unregister them in the kconf update script that switches people to use Breeze?

Cube effect is back on Plasma 6 alpha, Flip Switch is not but it is not found in Shortcuts KCM.
