SUMMARY
It is not possible to set volume for left and right headphone

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings and go to 'Audio' tab
2. For any audio device, click on 'Balance' button and change balance
3. Play some music

OBSERVED RESULT
Both headphones have equal volume

EXPECTED RESULT
One headphone is louder than another

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch linux 5.10.66
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.5 (Bug is present since 5.22.3)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0
Qt Version: 5.12.2
