SUMMARY
For example, when I attempt to close an unsaved document on kate, or if I try to permanently delete something with dolphin, I can select the respective dialog options with <tab> or the arrow keys, but I can't actually "submit" my choice by pressing <enter> (though <space> still works).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new document on kate;
2. Type something;
3. Attempt to close the window;
4. Press <enter> (in this case, it would be expected for it to submit the first option, "Save");
5. Select another option with the arrow keys;
6. Press <enter> again;

OBSERVED RESULT
The selected options can't be submitted by pressing <enter>.

EXPECTED RESULT
Like before, <enter> should submit dialog options, so we can navigate them easily with our keyboards.

There is no default Enter key handling for buttons, unless it is a "default" button in Qt Widgets.

By the way, plasma-frameworks (recently renamed to libplasma) mostly deals with QML components. A better place would be kwidgetaddons or Kate/Dolphin projects individually.

Speaking of the bug itself, I can not reproduce it neither in Dolphin or Kate. Enter key activates the default action in both dialogs. Does the bug still occurs to you?
