ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 Maik Qualmann 2021-09-17 18:58:57 UTC
This problem has been reported several times, it is not a bug. The behavior is by design and the same in all album selectors in digiKam, only the [x] selected albums are searched. A context menu with the right mouse button is available to select all children's albums at once.
