SUMMARY The KDE system almost always (90% of the time) starts with just the wallpaper and mouse cursor. Without the panel and its functionalities. This has been happening in several distros (Mint, Kubuntu, etc) forcing repeated startup attempts. Attempts were made with multiple kernels all without success. The system starts correctly only "WHEN YOU WANT". STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. 2. 3.
