SUMMARY
My custom key shortcuts aren't applying on Plasma 5.23 Beta (5.22.90).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login into Plasma Wayland session.
2. Try to use some preconfigured Custom key shortcut.

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
The configured Custom key shortcut should trigger and do what's configured to do.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.14.3
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.22.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86
Qt Version: 5.15.2 (+ KDE patches)

Is there some daemon that's supposed to be running here that's not running, maybe?

Fixed in Plasma 5.23 Stable :).
