windows layer menu

SUMMARY
there are no icons in the different menus on the windows version. In linux there are beautifull icons on some entries.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open krita
2. display the "select" menu. or in the add menu of the layer docker

OBSERVED RESULT
there are no icons on any entry

EXPECTED RESULT
some entry display icons in Linux

Um, that's actually intentional. Icons in menus are only enabled for Plasma, where the user can disable them in the settings. People found the icons distracting, so we disabled them in 2014.
