SUMMARY
Global menu doesn't work in Haruna.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Put global menu in your panel
2. Open other apps, you'll see global menu works
3. But if you open Haruna, you'll see that global menu doesn't work

OBSERVED RESULT
Global menu doesn't work with Haruna video player.

Global menu working with Haruna video player
