SUMMARY
Progress bar above the timeline (showing which part of the timeline is already processed) is not updating during preview render: it remains red untill the whole processing is ready in the background, than it turns to green, all at once.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select a preview zone on the timeline
2. Start rendering preview
3. Watch the progress bar above timeline

Thank you for reporting. Issues with preview rendering are known. We made some fixes lately. Check with daily master if the render preview is better: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Kdenlive_Nightly_mingw64/.
