Created attachment 141490 [details] Screenshot of the configuration None of the buttons of the Contour Design ShuttlePRO v2 jogdial are recogniozed. There are no error messages logged or actions performed when pressing any of the buttons. This worked before and stopped working likely with one of the recent updates. Scrolling with both wheels works as expected, though. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Import a video 2. Try to use the jogdial buttons OBSERVED RESULT None of the buttons trigger any of the configured actions nor is there anything shown in the log visible in the command line window Kdenlive was started from. EXPECTED RESULT The buttons perform the configured actions or in case of some issues are logged with an error message SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux 5.14.2-arch1-2 x86_64, KDE itself is not used KDE Plasma Version: KDE itself is not used KDE Frameworks Version: 5.86.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2
Created an issue in Arch Linux bug tracker because I think this is not specificially an Kdenlive issue. Ideas/Help/Support still apreciated, though. https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/72157
Thanks for your report! It sounds as if it is easy to check if this is a Kdenlive specific issue by trying to use the jog shuttle buttons in another application and see if it works? If so please do and if it is not a Kdenlive specific issue please close this report as "RESOLVED UPSTREAM" otherwise you can keep it of course open (set status back to "REPORTED")
