SUMMARY
in my system I enable Arabic/digit layout to write Eastern Arabic numerals but gwenview doesn't let my input Eastern Arabic numerals (١-٢-٣) in resize dialog or in any other input field that requires digit input. 

I don't know if this problem from gwenview or kde libs

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. activate ِArabic/digit layout or copy this number(٢٢) 
2. try to use any operation requires digit input 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Eastern Arabic numerals not accepted as valid numbers
