SUMMARY
Wacom Art Pen rotation Doesn't work under Wayland.  If I switch to X11 - rotation works. Tested under Fedora 34 and Manjaro 21.1, both with Gnome 40

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Krita under Wayland
2. Assign Rotation input to a brush
3. Rotate Art Pen in hands

OBSERVED RESULT
Brush tip doesnt rotate

EXPECTED RESULT
Brush tip rotates

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

Linux Manjaro 21.1 Gnome 40 Wayland
Linux Fedora 34 Gnome 40 Wayland

No, there is no tablet support whatsoever under wayland, but that's not a bug in Krita, since Krita does not have any code to support tablets, but uses Qt and the system. We're waiting for those projects to implement support.

Use Krita under X11.

Sorry but there is tablet support under Wayland. Tablet works fine and
pressure works too.

Sorry, but it's still not something we can work on, if there's no rotation, it's either Qt, or libinput that needs to be fixed, not Krita.
