SUMMARY
There is no file name displayed in properties dialog for readonly files anymore

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open properties to a readonly file, e.g. something in /usr/share or whatever

OBSERVED RESULT
File dialog opens and no file name is displayed next to the icon

EXPECTED RESULT
The file name is displayed next to the icon

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: git master as of 2021-09-09
Qt Version: 5.15.2
