SUMMARY
Okular does not load recent files/tabs on restart as it did before.
Before this time it remembered and loaded all the previous tabs of opened files even after system restart.
Now, on restart it opens empty (no tabs) and “Recent” section contains only some part of recent files - not all.
Is there any  hope that that convenient feature (recovering recent tabs on reopen/restart) would be returned?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart the machine (after upgrade/update)
2. Open Okular

OBSERVED RESULT
No tabs loaded/rendered. 
“Recent” section contains only some part of recent files - not all. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Okular loads recent files in tabs.

"Recent" section contains only the files which are opened from its "open" menu item. Opened files from Dolphin (by clicking if it is defaulp app or right click and open with) don't shown in "recent" menues.
