SUMMARY Attempting to initiate "File Transfer" with an Android phone results in the following error/warning from Dolphin: "No storage media found. Make sure your device is unlocked and has MTP enabled in its USB connection settings." STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect Android Phone to Plasma System 2. Enable File Transfer on Android (11 in this case) and choose "Browse Files with File Manager" OBSERVED RESULT "No storage media found. Make sure your device is unlocked and has MTP enabled in its USB connection settings." Same issue on Solus, user solved it by installing andorid-tools-udev rules
