SUMMARY
I'd be nice if you could search for a specific creator in the search field under the "Get new ..." window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to global themes for example 
2. click in the right bottom "Get New Global Themes"
3. search for a creator, for example "l4k1". It doesn't show his global themes on from the kde store.
