SUMMARY
Cannot access "Configure Special Window/Application Settings..." from icons-only task manager. This is important to have because some windows don't have native (KWin's) window titlebars, e.g. Chrome.

Workaround: use Alt+F3 to open window menu.

The Icons-Only Task Manager shows icons for *apps* not *windows*, but it till seems reasonable to show this since you could set a rule for all windows of the app.

Actually it's missing from the regular task manager too.
