SUMMARY
Screen resolution (by the way, in french the correct word is definition so the translation in the interface is incorrect) in the display configuration module is wrong.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch system settings with display configuration 

OBSERVED RESULT
in the blue rectangle representing screen, resolution is half of what it should be. The resolution selected below is correct though.

EXPECTED RESULT
resolution in the blue rectangle representing screen is correct and the same as below.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
 
Linux/KDE Plasma: OpenSUSE Tumbleweed

Output::logicalSize fails to take into account Capabilities.
